Lack of HP Support

HP Recommended
Designjet T730
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the point of this forum if no one from HP ever enters and responds to questions that remaim unanswered for several months?  Obviously the users don't have an answer, so why doesn't HP help out as done on other product forums?

What question did you need an answer for???

We can only help if we know the problem???

Best regards,

My issue is the Designjet T730 constantly defaults to multi-sheet feeder despite the roll being in place and loaded yet the multi-sheet is empty.  We direct it to the roll in AutoCAD as well, yet still have to manually select to print anyway to start a print.

Second point was there are similar questions about the T30 selections on here that have remained unanswered for 6 months.

I may be way off base here but the main issue could be a simple driver setting. I assume it defaults to the sheet feeder when the job is sent and if so the reason is probably because some setting in the driver is not matching what the plotter thinks it has loaded for the roll. In other words in the driver you need to set the default media source as the roll and make sure the correct size and type of media matches what is loaded in the roll feeder.
