Latex 310 greys printing red

HP Recommended
HP Latex 310
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing greys, it has a lot of red in it. All other colors seem to print just fine. Upon color test the grey fadee to black prints fine. any other printing of greys all come out redish. Replaced both black/cyan heads & both magenta/yellow heads.

It's probably the printer profile you're using and the colour management, try selecting 'none' from the options for the colour management and see if it's different. I'm not sure what rip software you're using, but this should be a start.

The red or magenta tinge is a result of conflicting colour profiles so selecting none will mean only one will be used.

if only Black & White  image & can also specify    use black ink only ...... so can get very dark print out....

Quite hard to print perfect BW, because it depend on original image, nowadays most people use only color

images & convert to bw.. so print outs were various..

Myself still could not print a easy, solid, perfect black & white photo, poster etc all the times...
