Latex 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just started using Avery 1105 material, have previously used Arlon, 3m and substance material.  Tried using the HP files and also the Avery one, same results.  This problem has never happened with any material previously used.  When material gets in the drying area it is occasionally being violently sucked up to the top of the heating element which obviously ruins the piece.  I can't print back to back or it will happen everytime.

Common problem for latex series with optimisers....300 500 etc.

Read some for this problem in Latex knowledge center or you have to lower temperature with profiles or pull substrate with hands and assisting materials (coming with printer) or taping bands to the beginning of vinyls... More info I can provide from personal experience, but try simple solutions and then can give some lessons 🙂

Hp to Avery ICC file was 15 degrees and I dropped another 15 from the Avery file, just was scared to keep dropping the temp but I'll give that a try.

Great idea on the banding to the substrate, thank you!
