Product: HP 365 Latex
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The printer will not allow us to increase the media exit heater more than 116 degrees!?! WHY? We use to increase the temperature above 200+ degrees. We replaced the hard drive one month ago - but why would the new software/firmware limit the heat on the control panel? Help, please.
