Lights flashing and won't go through warm up cycle

HP Recommended

I was using print just for scanner without any ink cartridge and it was working fine. It stopped working and all lights started flashing. I bought new ink cartridges and performed reset several times. It won't even start the warm up or task cycle, lights just start flashing???

Try updating the firmware: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
