Product: Q6652A Z6100 60"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Scan Axis Calibration and also Line Sensor Calibration fails with internal error code 1. The 4 values are within the range, all over 700. The Printer starts to calibrate the Line Sensor position to the Black Printhead and print a line of black dots. After scanning error 1 occurs. Carriage Assembly and Line Sensor Assembly are new. Latest available FM is installed. It is possible to print but with white bands most viewable in the colors LG and PK.

We did not find an error description for error code 1.
