HP Recommended

We've been waiting a week for a technician to come look at our Latex 570. The part came today and no word from the technician on when they are coming. The printer has been down for 7 days. This is SO unprecedented. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've had 5 HP large format printers and I'm ready to sell it. I can't afford to be down for a week.
