Product: HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We lost connectivity to our T120.  We can open the embedded web server but can't print to it.  We send a print job, watch is spool, then it disappears.  We have rebooted the computer, the printer, we have re-installed the printer.  It prints a test page from Print & scan Doctor.  It won't print from an email either.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you share the driver type and revision you are using and also how you are connecting to the printer.

Connected by Wifi network.  I can't connect to the wired network as it doesn't seem to get an IP address.  

Firmware is AXP2CN2022AR

I don't know where to find the driver details
