Maintenance Tool not working

HP Recommended
Designjet 130
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP 130, Mac OSX 10. 13: the problem is, when I try to open the maintenance tool from HP Utility, it is not able to connect to the printer (http://192.168.178.22:8190/MainMenu.html) - get the message in my browser, that the server does not respond. The filling level window does not show up, either.

But the printer is recognised by the system and printing works!!

What I did:

- cleared the boot-chache and the kernel-cache of my computer

- uninstalled all hp-software, reseted the printing system and did a fresh install of printerdriver and HP Utility (5.41.0)

Any suggestions? I would be very glad, if someone could help...

Thanks, Martin

Your driver was not installed properly for your os...

utility is good for update firmwares... import & export icc profiles....

You need to download the proper version of driver from hp support website for your os & install it from there...

that is the first step.

If driver working & utility should work   ( uninstall it, if driver was working, then install it again..

Hi jasonmiamifl!

I am sorry, but your advices didn't help. If you had read my post, you will have seen, that I had already done, what you proposed. Anyway, I tried a fresh install again this morning, but with no success...
