HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer

My printer is giving me a media load fail notification and it is telling me that it can not detect the paper when I clearly have enough paper in the printer.  I have taken the paper out and made sure there were no jams. I have taken the paper trays out and nothing is working. What should I do?

If it is not detecting paper then I would look to the OOPS sensor as a possible problem.  Remove the single sheet feeder from the back and check this sensor. Locating a service manual online will be a big help on this. There are several websites out there.
