Hi, my printer was working fine and needed a new black ink cartridge. I replaced the old one and then it started printing plans in black but within a few inches of printing changed to print in blue. Each new print does the same thing. Any suggestions?

How old are your printheads? Do you have new black printhead for replacement?

if you replaced with new printhead & still have problem, I suspect there might be air inside the black inktube.

Use replace printhead option, when carriage box moved to left, unplug the power cord. then open cover & remove black printhead, clean the contact, use a syringe to draw out ink,  if has bubbles, indicated air was air there

After plug in cord,   the prompt printhead missing, insert printhead..... so printer will check & maks some noice,

then prompt you load paper to align printhead...

If it pass, your printer should be fine ... print again & see what happen.
