Product: HP Officejet 7610

My Officejet 7610's print head stopped working. We installed a new one and it still won't work. Is this printer shot or is it repairable?

I understand your concern. Kindly try the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue. If the issue persists, I'm afraid the issue is with the printer.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
