Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP T730 wont power up or turn on

 

The light on the on/off swith comes on when i depress the on button but wont stay on or power up the plotter

Any other lights light up on the printer when it's plugged in?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

HP Recommended

All the lights on both sides of the display are on, the power light is yellow when depressed. I have unplugged the cord from the wall for 10 minutes, same result.
