When the printer  is plugged into the power socket    The power switch shows power is on     However the printer screen does not light up ,     Is there a way to solve this    ??? ,    Is there a reset button   ???    Is there a way to remove  the ink cartridges   While the screen is not lit up ,  ???

Many thanks

If the printer does not turn on or respond when you press the Power button and all the lights are off, and there is no noise or movement from the printer, it may be a hardware issue.

If the carriage does not move to the carriage access area and you are unable to move the carriage manually, you will not be able to remove the cartridges.
