My Monitor screen has shifted to the left by about 1/2 inch and cant read the entire screen

My Monitor screen has shifted to the left by about 1/2 inch and cant read the entire screen. How do I return the screen to center

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I came across your post and would like to assist.

 

I understand that you have an HP 2010i 20-inch Diagonal LCD Monitor. I read that the screen has shifted to the left by half an inch and cannot read the entire screen. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you. 

 

I did some research on this case and came across the user guide for this monitor. Please look out for the Vertical OSD Position (page# 22).

 

If using the Vertical OSD does not help then suggest you to perform a factory reset on the monitor (page# 24).
