Hello Harry.

Now I have new event:

When I want to print I get a message:

"Print Preview version is outdated, please install latest version from HP Support page."

But I have latest version 2.204.5.91.

I uninstalled Print Preview and downloaded and installed it again after computer rebooting.

I get same result.

It's happens on all computers in our office.

I know there are some issues with the new preview version that doesn't work fine as the previous version, I will recommend you calling HP and reporting your issue and I hope they can help you in resolving it.

One more detail, are you using the driver from hp.com right? Can you let me know please because the driver and preview versions have to match in the middle numbers as follows:
