Product: HP Z2100 24-in
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer HPZ2100 24-in gives error 79; 04 firmware does not help. Can it be related to mechanical devices? If so, what mechanisms ... Please help!

HP Recommended

-If the error comes up then checking the paper, look at the line sensor and make sure it is working (if firmware updating and resetting printer isn't solving problem).

-try to disable IPv6 and reset IPv4 settings (Menu --> Connectivity).

-Reseating connectors

-Reseating formatter, hdd and ram + new battery

-Tighten belt

-Lubricating & cleaning rail

-Cleaning encoder...

 

try to fix the sun rising side 🙂 (jokingly)

check for other possible solutions in search bar..
