Product: Designer 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the drivers for the designjet 500 and i can't get my windows 10 computer operating computer. It keeps giving me a error message. I also downloaded hp smart and it did not read the printer either. I don't have the installation CD so I don't know if that is the problem. PLEASE HELP
