Hello everybody,
i'm going to explain you a problem, i hope you can give me the solution!
i have already changed the black ink-cartridge (N. 711) in our office plotter "HP DESIGNJET T520". I followed all the steps but, when i sent a new document to be printed, an error appeared. it says: "there's a problem with the printer or with the ink system, switch off the printer and switch on again, if the problem continue, contact HP".
Please, is there someone who can give me the way to solve this problem?

Is there an error code on the screen when you see this message? If so can you please post it here.
