Product: T520 36"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We have just received our T520 and started set up, we got to alignment stage and the print head moves a couple of times, then comes up with an error message saying the width of paper should be 215mm but is using 205mm, I click on print anyway as its a standard A4 sheet. It jut sits at 0% and doesn't move after the first couple of times.
Any ideas on what I can try?
