Hello,

 

I have installed a new printhead in my HP Designjet 520, using new cardridges and have followed every instruction carefully. After installing everything (including brand new cardridges) the printer says I have to use new cardridges, which I just did! (product no. CQ893C)

 

How can I fix this? I am not planning on buying new cardridges.

Already tried:

- Unplugging from the wall >60s and try again

- Let it run without cardridges (success, but once I re-enter the cardridges again I get the same error)

- Install old printhead again (no success)
