New in cartridge isn't recognized by printer

Has anyone had problems with their Z5200 recognizing new ink cartridges?  I go trhough all of the steps to replace my Lt. Cyan cartridge, but the print will not detect the new one.  You seat the new cartridge.  It starts the recognition and suction process, but it consistently reads the new cartridge as being empty, and that I should change it.  It's failed to read two new cartridges of the same color.

Since the cartridges are new, i suggest you to go back the same steps to get in touch with HP, re-open the previous case as it doesnt resolve your problem.  They will support and guide you through the diagnostic and troubleshooting steps and get the cartridges replaced again.
