I installed this new printer and it appears to work fine it will print from tray one but I can't tell it to print from tray two when it needs the larger paper.

Go to windows control panel, then devices and printers , and the right click on the printer icon and select printer properties. When the next window opens, click on device settings tab and then scroll down to find installable options and make sure it shows the tray as installed, if not use the drop down to change to installed. Sometimes the installation does not detect options properly.

Thanks for the reply. This, however, was not the problem. I did solve the problem.
I had mistakenly followed the manual's direction to lock tray 2 if I did not want the printer to automatically go to tray #2 when tray # 1 ran out of paper. They did not mention that you can not print to tray # 2 when it is locked.
Thanks again,
