OfficeJet 7110 Duplex 13x19 Doesn't Work

I am attempting to print on the wide format printer with the duplexer. The duplexing is completely ignored for 13x19, but works fine on standard Letter. I have experienced this behavior on both macOS and Windows 10. The operating system drivers DO recognize the duplexer and gives me the options to do so, it is just ignored on 13x19. I am using the latest drivers and firmware.

On Windows 10, I downled the HP Status UWP app and on its status page lists the status as: Paper too long to auto-duplex

I can find no documentation as to such as limitation of the printer, or the duplexer, nor would I have purchased the item with such a limitation since this was its intended purpose. Is the printer duplexing actually limited to certain media sizes?

So far I have burned through the cost or the printer, the duplexer, tons of large format paper, and ink. Should I have bought an Epson instead?

The Duplexer do not support Super B (13 x 19 inches) paper, it supports up to A3 size.

A such can only be done manually, You can perform manual duplexing by first printing only the odd pages, flipping the pages over, and then printing only the even pages.
