Officejet 7612
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have gone through uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.  I have gone through the steps of updating the firmware and saw the firmware was up-to-date.  I have followed the steps from the recommendations in the Forum with the same problem.  The paper is loaded correctly in the tray.  I cannot get the Tabloid or 11x 17 inch paper option to show in the printer paper size list so I can print on this paper size.  I've had the printer for a while but have never needed to print on this size of paper until now.

If you will be so kind, please help.  I cannot find any local support businesses when I do a search and I was unable to fix this issue through the virtual agent.

Hi @JamJaws

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print on tabloid-size papers. I'd be happy to assist you.

Which application are you using to print?

Try selecting the paper type and paper size from the app you are using to print.

  • Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
  • Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
  • If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
  • Go to Settings
  • Click Paper Setting on the left under Preferences.
  • Select Tabloid(11x17) for the Default Media Size, then Save or Apply.

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
