Last week my T520 gave me an error message that I needed to replace my K Cartridge. I did. I then got a message that I needed to replace my print head. I ordered a new one, and replaced it. The screen told me that I needed to replace all of the ink cartridges with new ones. I first tried a back up new set that I had here, and I then tried the new set that came with the new print head. I am still getting that message for the K cartridge. I have updated the firmware, and tried cleaning contacts on both the print head and the ink cartridge. I also tried powering off and on several times, and I have now ordered another black cartridge (3X the charm?) Any other suggestions as to what I can try? I am currently dead in the water.
