Latex 370
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are having issues with the Light Cyan part of the Light Cyan/Light Magenta (LC/LM) print head going out shortly after installation.  Its as if no ink is flowing through.  There is no error messages.  If I install another LC/LM printhead it also starts to go out only on the Light Cyan side.  What could be the issue?  Could it be that there is no pressure in the ink system?

Please check the LC/LM cap for ink tube which is connected with Printhead...maybe there have leack or not tight which is others like one.. ...That's why there haven't ink pressure in the ink tube for this color..... Please replace or any how change the plastic rubber and try... ..Otherwise you need to replace whole ink tube....

Yes I did that and even put a very thin amount of super glue to hold the cap and rubber in place.  I put in a new print head and it is still banding like there is no ink going through.  Could the print heads be defective from factory?

This is not issue from printheads.... If you want you may cross check for printhead and try with another printer.......

You need to use plastic glue for alternate. Otherwise need to replace the new cap or old good cap.

Still not working.  All caps was repaced with new caps.  Tubes were bled.  Contacts were wiped from printhead and on printer.  Still the same issue after 8 brand new Light Cyan/Light Magenta print heads.  Only Light Cyan is not firing.  Light Magenta is still ok on all 8 brand new print heads.  This new machine is down for more than 3 months.

Just manually clear the bubbles in the ink tube through 💉 injection shuck it.... And clean the Printhead with warm water on the nozzle....then try again. . . Please carefully check here no leakage in the ink tube.....ink supply station to Printheads cap. ..
