Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Ive been trying to print from cricut, word, illustrator, or pretty much anything at the point and i keep getting images that are overlapping, everything is touching itself or other images. in cricut it makes the image massive and the whole background black and fuzzy. i am strugging and not sure what to do. this is causing me to loose money. ive checked for all updates on all apps, computer and printer. please help!
