My PC and the HP apps see my Designjet 4500 but they are not communicating... Can't print... UGH

What drivers are you using, how are you connected. What programs are you trying to print from? Did this stop working or has it never worked? As this is an older printer, compatibility with operating system may be less than ideal with newer computer systems.

It suddenly stopped working... Ethernet connection. I am using the most current drivers. I primarily print from adobe.
