HP Recommended
Product: DESIGNJET 500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When trying to print any size (from roll) my HP designjet just wants to print to  A4 (which we have never actually done!)

We have changed the paper size, set to actual size (eg A1) but still the print preview window shows the print area as A4 and that is all that will print. Help please ?
