Paper mismatch

HP Recommended
T520 Designjet
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I try to print on a paper less than the A4 size. I cut it and it is not always the same size. When I try to print the printer display shows the message: printsize mismatch. If I press continue I get an empty page. Tried all kind of settings but no luck. Please help!

You can't print on a paper that is under 210 mm (A4) in width because the printer measures paper width and if under 210mm will not work.

Media handling:

24-in printer: 210 to 610-mm (8.3 to 24-in) wide sheets;
279 to 610-mm (11 to 24-in) rolls
36-in printer: 210 to 914-mm (8.3 to 36-in) wide sheets;
279 to 914-mm (11 to 36-in) rolls

Sorry, I think I have a different issue.

I want to plot a ARCH C size (24" x 18"). When I select ARCH C paper, the plot will not rotate the longer side to the 24" roll width. It plots the 18" width along the 24" roll width. I used to be able to rotate it before upgrading to AutoCad 2019.

I can plot ARCH D size (24" x 36") fine. The roll feeds out the 36" length and the 24" side is along the roll width.
