How can I add additional sizes of paper under more settings, paper/quality. 11x17 and A3+ does not show up. I'm trying to print a pdf file.

You can create a custom paper size to print.

@Sandytechy20, your suggestion to change/add custom sizes did work, sort of. It work with my CAD program, after adding this custom 13"x19" size the size showed up in my drop down menu for available sizes.
But when I tried to print a pdf and clicked the print button the drop down available sizes in the HP 7110 print box, in more settings did not show the 13"x19" size as available (or any other custom sizes that I have.
I have windows 10 os and a HP 7110 large format printer and it's odd that no large format sizes show up in available print sizes.

Update the printer firmware
Here are the steps:- Click here
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
