Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

As I know Windows update updated new drivers for printers, thats why HP Print Preview stopped works and also my company too!
My Question is when we got new update for PP or how to fix this problem? install old drivers or WHAT? please help

If you can install the old driver and prevent Windows from updating it, that would do it.  (I wish HP made the .inf files available rather than the installation package which is useless AFAIK.)  When will HP release a new Print Preview?  Your guess is as good as anyone's.  I wish I could be more positive but, f history is any indicator, you can bet they'll make it look like PP and the driver are updated on the same date... but we all suffer through the inconvenience knowing otherwise.  (I did a chat with Customer Service about this -- 45 minutes of my life I won't get back -- to be told I had the wrong department.  Beautiful.)  Frustration mounts.  Good luck.
