Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My boss let the prints hit the ground and in turn would bind up and blur the print... over time would this have a serious negative impact on the printer? We now have banding on greens we can't get rid of regardless of cleaning... please help

Hi BM33, for banding - you should check printheads condition - may be cyan or yellow or light cyan printhead must be replaced... for more info - go to HP Latex Knowledge Center web page - https://lkc.hp.com/

You may ask there about latex printers...

About the prints - your boss must wind the substrate just to preserve printed image...
