Product: HP C7280 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just loaded new ink cartridges after not having used printer in over a year. Getting "Ink System Failure" message.  Tried shutting off and on. Didn't work. Looked at other posts and don't know how to access "secret menu".  Help!!!
