Product: Deskjet 3634
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased official HP ink, cartridges fit perfectly but printer stating the cartridges are not compatible.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message?

 

Remove and reinsert the new cartridges again.
