Printer keeps telling me printhead replacement incomplete restart

HP Recommended
Designjet Z6100
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Replaced a printhead, the screen keeps saying replacement incomplete, did that numerous times, did a reboot and a complete shut down and re start. Still the same message.

if still same error. choose  replace printhead, then when  prompt to open cover, remove all printheads & turn off printer from the

switch. clean all contacts.  Power on, when prompt to insert printheads, then insert one by one & hear the beep.

 

Hope it work.

I seen this many times before, even I replaced with more than one brand new  printhead & printer even did not make any sound & right away prompt to replace printhead. I did that step above & printer started to prepare printheads & ink system.

Caution, some printheads on market might way out dated & inks might dry up . Shake it & see any ink.

check expiration date.

mine is doing same thing and each time i do it, it shows different ones to replace 😞
