Hello. My printer will not connect to my PC. It is connected to my phone and PC through the HP Smart app, and so I know it is connected to my network. However, it will not connect wirelessly to my computer as I cannot find it in my Settings in Printers & Scanners. It used to be connected, but after switching to mesh WiFi I cannot locate it anymore. My computer is connected by ethernet. I tried deleting and reinstalling drivers, but when I reinstall it I get up to the part where it says the HP installer is preparing the InstallShield wizard, but then it closes and then does not open anything else. I tried multiple times to connect it by IP address, but have failed every time.
