Printer not printing black

HP Recommended
Designjet 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer was printing pictures and started to leave streaks.

Cleaned printheads twice, it then din't print black ink at all.

Have tried restoring settings and reloading software and nothing worked so far.

Pictures don't have black in them and B&W papers come out blank.

when you clean the black printhead, shake it & see any inks inside , then put it on a soft paper towel & see any black

ink mark.  if nothing , you might need to replace the black printhead...

For some reason, black printheads always dried up first... then yellow is #2

printhead & ink cartridge are  2 differnt items... you replaced inks, but if printhead is bad & still useless...

Perform a printhead alignment & see any black inks or does it passs ..

Trouble shooting a problem, must first check where the trouble where it might originated & give proper

approaches.

Ran three levels of Clean Printhead and then the Alignment.

Alignment only prints blue.

So does the mean we have bad printheads, there isn't an error message of any kind.
