Printer not printing red

Deskjet 2132 all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my deskjet has stopped printing reds, i have a new cartridge and have ran the cleaning and test rpints with alignment and still it will not print in red. I have downloaded all of the updates and still no luck.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your Deskjet 2132 all-in-one printer wherein it does not print in red.
