HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4877 Printer

this is the sad story!

I bought brand one 4877 printer from SAM , unfortunately the machine was broken with E0,  SAM suggest me to replace ink cartridge, then I bought brand new HP ink cartridge to replace one ones, but still show E0.

HP service hotline suggest me to send printer to HP service center for check.

I never use printer, so I refused and ask for return the goods. HP service hotline told me it's fine to return but I have to pay for the ink cartridge.

HP provide poor quality product to customer and sell ink cartridge to earn $$. what a genius business idea!!!

If the printer was DOA out of the box you should have asked for a refund or replacement from the vendor. How long ago did you purchase this?

I already returned the bad printer from Sam’s CLUB, and Sam’s CLUB agreed. Personally , no more HP printer anymore!
