Product: Officejet 7500A. Laser Jet Pro 200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got 90mb wifi connected (dsl).  Now my printers will not connect to internet.  I have tried everything I can to fix the problem and can't seem to solve the problem.  I even uninstalled, loaded new drivers and reinstalled.  I cannot find a solution.  I constantly get the error message that they are not connected.  I have contacted my internet provider, they say there is nothing wrong on their end.  My wifi light one the pinter says I am connected.  I need help.

HP Recommended

Printers support only 2.4G wi-fi if you have 5G only wi-fi they can't connect.
