Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Designjet 500 wide format plotter. I had to change out the drive belt and when I got it all back together the screen kept telling me to open window and remove normal printheads to prepare ink system. Can't figure it out. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks,

Hi @Mike3265 , it looks like the carriage is not properly reading the printheads.
