Printing cards

HP Recommended
Officejet 7612 A3 wide format
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to be able to print cards with my printer but the card won't feed through successfully.  Is there any way the printer can be adjusted to feed cards correctly?   The card jams and I get an "error - paper jam".  I'm sure I cannot be the only person asking what to do about this.  Help from anyone would be appreciated.
