HP Recommended

I have the HP DesignJet T630 poster printer and it is only printing partial of the page. I tried to follow the instructions of some of the others who seem to have experienced the same issue, but no such luck. I tried reseting and restoring to factory settings, I also tried following the unplugging of the power cord for 60 seconds both from the printer and the wall. The printer is out of warranty, however was still a large purchase for the school so Iʻd like to do whatever I can to fix the issue.
