Product: HP DesignJet T630 24 inch

I am trying to use my new printer for the first time.  It says I am disconnected in HP Click.  How do I fix this?

The HP Click support can help you, submit an email either to hpclick.support@hp.com, or to hpdesignjetclick@hp.com.

They will assist you for sure.
