Designjet 5200Z poster printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday, I installed a printer driver for the Designjet 5200Z poster printer for a user via ip address.  I got the driver installed but when the user clicks on Properties it takes a long time for the HP Properties interface to pop up it takes at least 1-2 minutes.  I rebooted the laptop.  The user has a Dell Latitude laptop with Windows 10 Education 64 bit build 21H1.  I installed the 5200Z postscript driver.  I didn't see anything else listed.  Is there a pcl6 driver?

Hi,

There is no PCL 6 driver.

You may try a HPGL2 driver instead:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL86426/win-x64-hpgl2-drv.exe

As well a PCL3 driver can be tried:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93199/win-x64-pcl3-drv.exe
