This is usually a firmware error. Check HP.com for firmware. Look at Readme file and see if you can load from USB stick. Or, Try, entering the Support Menu for the customer by pressing the Power Button continuously for 15 seconds. This menu is also accessible from the Home screen by pressing: Back / Back / Back / Back. See if you can get to the Resets menu. Perform a soft reset, first. A hard reset if soft fails.
