Recharger question related to part number

Hi I am using HP Spectre 360 convertible and my recharger's part number is 925740-004. However, most of chargers I can buy is 925740-002. What does last three digits mean and will it be compatible if I buy 002 version?

They are probably the same, the 004 might be a newer version of 002

Each adapter has a Replace with HP spare number: xxxxxx-xxx you can compare those numbers.

If the Replace with HP spare part number has matching numbers they are the same you can use any of those if they are both original HP product, avoid buying cheap Chinese knock offs.

You can't miss with the one bought on official HP store, the one from eBay looks good and legit too but the eBay seller is new with 7 feedbacks.

The one from HP store is a little bit more expensive but it's on a big sale if the price was full (74,99$)  I would choose eBay instead of HP store.
