Hi, I recently ordered hp printer since it’s black friday and it was stolen when it was delivered because we have not received it. I called customer service and they gave me options, I just purchased a new one again and paid it while waiting for my refund and I thought it would only take max of 2 weeks but it was advised to me that it would be around 1 and a half month!!? Is it really like that because it’s not my fault that it was lost..

Understand that HP has to open a case with the shipping company and resolve that before they refund. Honestly it is not really HP's fault it was stolen either.
